Job Description
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and developing future designers. The ideal candidate should have strong industry experience in Graphic Design and the ability to deliver practical, hands-on training while mentoring students through real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical Graphic Design training through classroom, online, and hybrid sessions.
- Train and mentor students using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practical exercises, assessments, and student portfolios.
- Guide internship students through real-time projects and monitor their progress.
- Lead and support junior trainers and internship candidates to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Support the design team with creative projects whenever required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional Graphic Design experience.
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training students/interns is highly preferred.
- Experience in handling or leading a design team is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other industry-standard design tools.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.
