Export Sales Executive / Manager
Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Export Sales Executive / Manager with 2–4 years of experience in international sales, export sales, and business development. The candidate will be responsible for developing international markets, generating new business, managing overseas customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, importers, and agents.
- Identify and generate new export business opportunities and overseas markets.
- Handle international sales enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
- Follow up with customers from enquiry to order confirmation and shipment.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, documentation, and finance teams for smooth order execution.
- Manage existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and pricing.
- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and follow-up records.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support.
- Coordinate export documentation and shipment-related activities.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Export Sales / International Sales / B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of international markets and export sales processes.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, export documentation, and international shipping will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM/ERP software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and strong in follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
