Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Professional with 4+ years of experience in the Food, Retail, Hotel, or Restaurant industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, footfall generation, and sales through Digital Marketing, ATL, and BTL activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Manage social media accounts, content calendars, and online brand presence.
Run performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, footfall generation, reservations, and sales growth.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare ROI reports.
Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams for marketing campaigns.
Execute ATL campaigns including print, radio, outdoor advertising, and local media promotions.
Plan and manage BTL activities such as store promotions, brand activations, food festivals, customer engagement programs, exhibitions, and events.
Manage in-store branding, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
Develop partnerships with local businesses, corporates, influencers, and event organizers.
Support outlet launches, seasonal promotions, and special marketing campaigns.
Track marketing budgets and prepare performance reports for management.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize results.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
Required Experience
4 to 6 years of marketing experience in Food & Beverage, Restaurant Chains, Hotels, Hospitality, Retail Brands, Supermarkets, or QSR businesses.
Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, ATL Marketing, and BTL Marketing activities.
Experience in event management, brand activation, vendor management, and campaign execution.

Compensation
CTC up to ₹8,00,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
