Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee real estate projects from planning to execution. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and monitor real estate construction projects
* Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors
* Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
* Ensure timely completion of work as per approved drawings and specifications
* Monitor site activities, quality standards, and safety compliance
* Manage approvals, documentation, and statutory requirements
* Control project costs and minimize delays or overruns
* Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues
* Report project progress to management
Requirements & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
* 4–7 years of experience in real estate or construction project management
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams
* Good planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and basic AutoCAD (preferred)
Work Conditions
* Site-based role with regular travel to project locations
* Ability to work as per project timelines and deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
