Required Sales Executive-FMCG Products for a Company having multiple FMCG products and dealer network at Delhi NCR Location.
Job Location: Delhi NCR
Desired Profile:
Graduate with 1-3 years experience in Sales of FMCG products industry.
Having own Laptop and Bike with Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Good knowledge of retail market and distributor network.
Should be able to achieve monthly sales targets and maintain good relationship with retailers and dealers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing Daily Tour plan in areas assigned.
- Daily visiting retail counters, distributors and dealers in area assigned.
- Doing order booking from retailers and coordinating with distributor for stock supply.
- Maintaining good relationship with existing dealers and major retailers of territory to achieve targets.
- Market research about potential dealers and retailers for business development in assigned Area.
- Maximize Retailer Coverage in areas assigned to have brand presence.
- To closely monitor stock movement at primary and secondary level for every dealer in assigned area.
- Keep watch of competitors activity in areas assigned.
- Doing Marketing Activities necessary to establish Brand in assigned areas.
- Achieving Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales targets assigned by company.
- Send Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales report to reporting manager/head office.
- Exploring new business opportunities in retail and distribution market.
- Developing strong channel network for better brand presence and market growth.
- Serve as a link between company, distributor and retailer network for timely coordination and payments.
Salary: CTC 15,000 - 25,000 for deserving candidates
