Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and team management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, payroll processing, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare budgets, cash flow statements, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in the fintech, banking, or financial services sector.
Salary
₹18000 – 25000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
