#Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with all Project Managers for smooth project execution
- Track and maintain project timelines and deliverables
- Ensure projects are completed within schedule and quality standards
- Act as a client-facing representative for project updates and communication
- Monitor overall project performance and resolve bottlenecks
- Prepare and present reports to CFO and Board members
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and company standards
