We are looking for a smart, active, and responsible candidate to manage the admin and operational side of our app marketplace platform along with digital marketing support.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage app marketplace operations and customer coordination
- Handle admin dashboard and backend app operations
- Coordinate with business partners and customers
- Handle telecalling and follow-up communication with clients
- Manage social media promotion and daily content posting
- Support digital marketing campaigns and online promotions
- Operate computer software, Excel, and mobile apps efficiently
- Handle WhatsApp communication and customer support
- Maintain reports, records, and daily operational updates
- Help improve customer engagement and business growth
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computers and software operations
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Basic understanding of mobile apps and backend/admin panels
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online promotions
- Good communication and telecalling skills
- Smart, organized, and quick learner
- Basic English communication preferred
- Hindi and Odia language speaking ability required
Preferred
- Experience in startup, app marketplace, customer support, or digital services
- Knowledge of Canva, Excel, social media tools, or digital marketing is a plus
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
