We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Software Engineering IT in Telecom Domain to lead both engineering delivery and IT operations in a highly integrated technology environment with experience in telecom/communication platforms like Twilio and ElevenLabs. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership, and operational excellence, particularly in cloud-based and telecom-integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of software engineers and IT professionals
Drive delivery of scalable, high-performance applications in integrated environments
Oversee IT infrastructure and cloud architecture across platforms
Manage and optimize day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system reliability and security
Work with integrated telecom platforms for communication and automation workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Compliance, DevOps)
Ensure adherence to documentation, compliance, and governance standards
Mentor team members and implement engineering and IT best practices
✅ Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in software engineering within integrated systems
Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience in telecom/communication platforms like Twilio and ElevenLabs
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and system integrations
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation is a plus
