Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement and coordinate the organization's CSR initiatives in the assigned locations.
- Visit project sites to monitor progress, evaluate implementation, and ensure projects are executed as per the guidelines.
- Identify and recommend new CSR projects under Schedule VII and assist in their planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Prepare project reports, impact assessment reports, presentations, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Coordinate with NGOs, stakeholders, and internal teams for the smooth execution of CSR activities.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and be willing to travel to project locations as required.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and report preparation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of CSR activities and Schedule VII of the Companies Act.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project implementation and monitoring.
