Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive with prior experience in the logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, attendance management, recruitment support, and workforce management while ensuring smooth HR processes within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and shift coordination for field and warehouse staff.
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, documentation.
- Coordinate with operations teams for manpower planning and deployment.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational requirements.
- Assist in payroll inputs, verification, and employee data management.
- Conduct joining formalities, induction, and exit formalities.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, and workplace conduct.
- Support HR audits and compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, supervisors, and operational stakeholders whenever required.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 yr of experience required as an HR Executive.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Prior experience in the logistics, supply chain industry.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Basic understanding of labor compliance and payroll processes.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
