About the Role
Synapse Physio is looking for a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapist to join our team and work at a reputed hospital in Mohali. We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced physiotherapists who are looking to build and grow their careers in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and mobility.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide appropriate physiotherapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation.
- Educate patients and caregivers about exercises, rehabilitation and preventive care.
- Work collaboratively with doctors, healthcare professionals and other team members.
- Maintain professional standards and provide patient-focused care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills.
- Compassionate, responsible and professional approach towards patient care.
Salary:
No bar for deserving candidates. Salary will be based on qualifications, skills and experience.
