Job Summary
Manvian Group is looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to support our sales team by engaging prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves promoting company services, qualifying leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across B2B and B2C segments.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Generation
- Make outbound and handle inbound customer calls.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
CRM & Administration
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Record daily call activities and sales updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Performance
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, BPO, or Sales is an advantage.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales is preferred.
- Candidates should have a personal laptop for work purposes.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Compensation & Training
Selected candidates will undergo a structured training and internship period of up to 4 months with a monthly stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000, based on performance and training progress.
Candidates who successfully complete the internship and meet performance expectations may be offered a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and performance. Additional performance incentives may be applicable.
