- Females: Day Shift (8 AM – 8 PM | any 9 hrs)
- Males: Rotational Shifts
Working Days:
- 6 Days working (Rotational Week Off)
Cab Facility:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries efficiently
- Provide support for Amazon services
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory)
- Hindi communication required
- Freshers can apply (BPO experience preferred)
- Good problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
