Summary
We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Operations Executive to manage campaign activities, social media operations, recruitment promotions, automation coordination, and internal team support.
Responsibilities
- Manage WhatsApp and AiSensy broadcast campaigns Handle social media posting and content coordination
- Create and manage paid marketing campaigns Coordinate with platforms like Zoho for automation and dashboard requirements
- Support recruitment promotion activities Create and maintain business emails, reports, and documentation
- Attend team meetings and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up with collaborations and external communications Share marketing plans, data sheets, and campaign updates with the team
- Requirements Good communication and coordination skills Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media handling Familiarity with tools like Zoho, AiSensy, Facebook, and Google Workspace is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong organizational and reporting skills .
- Salary: Based on experience and performance.
Pay: ₹15,048.27 - ₹25,046.53 per month
