Personal Assistant to Director Job Summary We are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing daily operations, scheduling, communications, business coordination, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings. Coordinate with schools, principals, trustees, partners, and stakeholders. Handle emails, WhatsApp communications, and official correspondence. Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and business documents. Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and deadlines. Maintain records, databases, and confidential documents. Assist in planning seminars, workshops, events, and meetings. Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics when required. Conduct research on CSR opportunities, government schemes, and partnerships. Support recruitment, onboarding, and administrative activities. Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination between departments. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Excel. Professional attitude and presentation. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
