Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee the operational and business performance of assigned partner schools. The role involves managing franchise relationships, driving revenue collections, supporting admissions growth, ensuring operational compliance through regular audits and school visits, improving partner satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall performance of assigned partner schools within the cluster.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and school
leadership.
-Drive timely royalty collections and coordinate with partners to ensure payment
compliance.
- Support schools in achieving admissions targets through regular performance
reviews and strategic guidance.
-Conduct regular school visits and operational audits to ensure adherence to
company standards, policies, and processes.
-Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans to improve school
performance.
- Monitor partner engagement, address escalations, and work towards improving
partner retention.
-Ensure timely coordination of school requirements, including operational support
and kit order follow-ups.
-Track key performance metrics, maintain accurate MIS reports, and present
business updates to management.
-Collaborate with Finance, Academics, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer
Support teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
-Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support schools and strengthen
partner relationships.
Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Education, or a related
field (MBA preferred).
-5–10 years of experience in Franchise Management, Operations, Relationship
Management, Business Development, Retail Operations, or the Education industry.
-Experience managing multiple locations, franchise networks, or partner
ecosystems will be preferred.
