We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Housekeeping professionals to join our team as Guest Service Associate (GSA) / Senior Guest Service Associate (Sr. GSA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation while ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies.
Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained as per hotel policies.
Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and guest requests promptly.
Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning materials properly.
Requirements
Previous housekeeping experience in hotels/resorts is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply for GSA positions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Team player with a guest-focused approach.
