Job Purpose
To manage customer relationships, ensure timely communication and order coordination, resolve customer concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with customers.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, requirements, delivery schedules and dispatches.
Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with Production, PPC, Quality, Stores, Dispatch and Accounts departments.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain customer complaint records and follow up on corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain Customer MIS, order status and delivery reports.
Track customer requirements and communicate changes to relevant departments.
Monitor pending orders and highlight delays to management.
Maintain customer master data and important customer documents.
Prepare regular reports for management regarding customer orders, complaints and pending issues.
Support customer visits, meetings and audits when required.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
Ensure timely response to customer emails, calls and enquiries.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer-handling and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email communication.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
Good understanding of order processing and dispatch coordination.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Professional approach and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA candidate with 5–8 years of experience in CRM / Customer Coordination / Order Management, preferably in the Automobile / Auto Components / Gear Parts industry, with strong communication, customer-handling and coordination skills.
Salary: ₹50,000 Gross per Month
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
