Job Title: Software Trainer
Job Summary
The Software Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to students, helping them build practical skills and industry knowledge. The trainer will conduct interactive classroom sessions, develop learning materials, assess student performance, and prepare students for certifications, internships, and placements.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Instruction
- Deliver classroom and practical training for assigned software courses.
- Explain concepts clearly using real-world examples and hands-on exercises.
- Conduct live demonstrations, coding sessions, and practical assignments.
- Ensure students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Course Planning
- Prepare lesson plans and training schedules.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and lab exercises.
- Update course content according to current industry trends and technologies.
Student Support
- Mentor students throughout the course.
- Clear technical doubts and provide individual guidance when required.
- Monitor attendance, participation, and learning progress.
- Motivate students to complete projects and certifications.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, practical assessments, and mock interviews.
- Evaluate assignments and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve student performance.
Lab & Administration
- Ensure computer labs and software are ready for training sessions.
- Report software, hardware, or lab issues to the administration team.
- Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and assessment records.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online learning tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of teaching or industry experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and excellent communication may also apply.

Working Hours
- Full-time
