About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Executive to generate and qualify B2B leads for our digital marketing and SEO services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, appointment setting, conducting discovery and strategy calls, and supporting the sales pipeline through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead generation channels.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements, budget, decision-making authority, and project timelines.
- Schedule appointments and strategy discussions between prospective clients and senior consultants/sales managers.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client pain points and business objectives.
- Present the value proposition of SEO, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Website Development, and related services.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect information and sales activities.
- Follow up with leads consistently to nurture opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly targets related to qualified appointments, opportunities generated, and revenue contribution.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, SEO practices, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, digital marketing sales, SEO sales, or lead generation.
- Strong experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and lead qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently conduct discovery and strategy calls with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling SEO, Digital Marketing, PPC, Website Development, SaaS, or related services.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, SEO terminology, and online business models.
- Experience dealing with SMB and enterprise clients.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
