Role & responsibilities Offline Marketing ActivitiesAssist in planning, organizing, and executing exhibitions, expos, trade shows, and offline promotional events.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for booth design, branding layouts, product display, and vendor communication.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of brochures, flyers, diaries, pens, jute bags, standees, and all required marketing materials.
- Manage expo inventory, packing, logistics, dispatch, and on-site arrangements.
- Support the sales team with physical marketing collateral, technical documents, and presentations.
- Maintain stock records of all marketing items and ensure replenishment when required.
- Assist in vendor sourcing, negotiation, quality checks, and procurement of printed/branding materials.
- Expo Participation & On-Ground Activities
- Attend expos, trade fairs, and industry events as a company representative.
- Support pre-expo preparation including advertising campaigns, invitations, WhatsApp & email campaigns.
- Assist in setting up the stall, arranging machines/products, branding, and customer interaction flow.
- Collect visitor data, maintain enquiry forms, and support the sales team with lead capture.
- Ensure the booth is well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand standards throughout the expo.
- Interact with prospects professionally, explain company products/services, and escalate technical queries to senior team members.
- Prepare post-event reports including lead summaries, feedback, competitor analysis, and activity evaluation.
Online Marketing Activities
- Assist in social media content creation, posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
- Coordinate with designers for product videos, reels, banners, website creatives, and digital advertising content.
- Support email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns by preparing content and sending to relevant segments.
- Help manage and update the company website, digital brochures, and online profiles.
- Monitor competitors' digital activities and share insights with the marketing team.Maintain an archive of creatives, videos, and digital assets.
Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, admin, accounts) for smooth marketing operations.
- Maintain marketing database, client lists, vendor lists, and monthly marketing activity reports.
- Support senior management in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Ensure all marketing activities follow brand guidelines and quality standards.
