- Own the complete operational performance of the Chennai cluster.
- Plan, allocate and monitor daily inspection assignments.
- Ensure optimum utilization of Site Inspection Engineers.
- Monitor daily productivity and operational efficiency.
- Maintain high service quality and turnaround time.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational processes.
- Drive process improvements for operational excellence.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor and supervise Site Inspection Engineers.
- Conduct daily operational reviews and planning meetings.
- Monitor attendance, discipline and field productivity.
- Coach low-performing employees through structured action plans.
- Build a high-performance and accountable team culture.
- Identify manpower gaps and coordinate hiring requirements with HR.
- Ensure timely onboarding and field readiness of new engineers.
Revenue & Business Performance
- Achieve monthly revenue and operational targets.
- Maximize inspection conversion and billing realization.
- Improve engineer productivity and revenue per engineer.
- Monitor revenue leakage and implement corrective measures.
- Drive profitability through efficient resource planning.
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the inspection lifecycle.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements.
- Ensure professional behaviour and communication by field teams.
- Maintain high customer retention and referral potential.
Planning & Scheduling
- Allocate inspections based on engineer availability, skillset and location.
- Optimize travel routes to minimize operational costs.
- Ensure timely completion of inspections.
- Maintain effective workload balancing across the team.
Performance Management
- Track individual and cluster KPIs.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews.
- Identify productivity gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Prepare performance reports for management.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, HR, Finance and Leadership teams.
- Ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Provide timely operational updates and business reports.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain operational documentation and audit readiness.
- Ensure zero tolerance for unethical practices or policy violations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
