Job Summary
Webtechnomind IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven digital marketing campaigns and generate high-quality business leads. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, lead generation, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns through SEO, PPC (Google Ads), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other B2B lead generation channels.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Create and execute social media marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with the design, content, sales, and development teams for successful campaign execution.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in SEO, PPC (Google Ads), Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing (SMM), LinkedIn Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience in planning and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, keyword research, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing a digital marketing team.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven record of achieving marketing goals.
