- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage room reservations and booking inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest emails.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Process payments, prepare bills, and maintain accurate records.
- Follow hotel SOPs and provide excellent customer service.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hotel front office.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
