Job Summary
Olive Street Food Café is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading and developing the restaurant team, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, FSSAI regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and productivity.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, food cost, and wastage.
- Oversee cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting.
- Monitor restaurant performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and central kitchen for smooth operations.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a QSR, café, or restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, and food safety standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Excel.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
