Hiring: Outbound Meeting Setter (US Market | AI & SaaS)

We're looking for a results-driven Outbound Meeting Setter with proven experience booking meetings with senior decision-makers in the US market. This role is focused on generating qualified sales conversations for AI, SaaS, and technology solutions through highly targeted outbound outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers.
- Create personalized outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Book qualified meetings with CXOs, Founders, VPs, and senior technology leaders.
- Build and manage prospect pipelines using CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Run outreach experiments and optimize messaging based on performance data.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine ICPs, messaging, and qualification criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline progress.
Requirements
- 3+ years of outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or meeting-setting experience.
- Demonstrated success booking meetings in the US market.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar platforms.
- Strong written communication skills tailored to US audiences.
- Ability to understand and communicate technology, AI, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
- Self-driven mindset with a strong focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
Preferred
- Experience selling or prospecting into AI, SaaS, Data, DevTools, or Technology companies.
- Familiarity with US business culture and buying processes.
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
Success Metrics
- Qualified meetings booked with target accounts.
- Reply-to-meeting conversion rates.
- Quality of meetings and alignment with ideal customer profiles.
- Consistent contribution to pipeline growth.
