M/s Fortes Academy is a premium Banking and IELTS coaching center located at Theni. We are looking to hire full-time teaching staff for handling Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Reasoning subjects.
- Role: Faculty – Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, & Data Interpretation
- Job Type: Full-Time (6 days a week)
- Location: Near SBI, Theni - Periyakulam road
- Target Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Teaching: Deliver highly engaging lectures on short-cut tricks, core concepts, and speed-building math.
- Content & Evaluation: Design daily speed-quizzes, mock tests, and maintain up-to-date study materials.
- Student Mentorship: Run dedicated afternoon doubt-clearing sessions to handhold weak students.
- Center Operations: Assist in counseling walk-in student inquiries, evaluating test performance, and center administration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in teaching competitive aptitude exams (Banking, SSC, or TNPSC).
- Fresher Profile: Bright graduates who have personally cleared Bank Prelims/Mains or scored 95+ percentile in CAT/Aptitude tests are highly encouraged to apply.
- Language: Must be fluent in explaining complex mathematical steps clearly in Tamil and English.
