Meet the Team
HR Operations team us seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations professional to support global Hire-to-Retire operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in Human Resources, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing HR processes, systems, and employee support activities in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do

Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, resolving HR-related inquiries and requests via ServiceNow.
- Manage and optimize HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow), ensuring accurate, confidential employee data and high backend data quality.
- Maintain and enhance the employee-facing HR portal, including content updates, audits, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate HR operational activities such as employment/visa letters, invoice processing, payment tracking, and statements of work.
- Conduct new hire orientation/induction and maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Partner with regional HR Operations and cross-functional HR teams to support initiatives, projects, and broader HR priorities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline HR operations while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc project support across HR, including talent management activities.
What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years of relevant experience and a strong interest in Human Resources.
- Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow strongly preferred.
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and thoroughness in delivering work.
- Able to work both collaboratively across teams and independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient to advanced in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
