Prepare steamed, fried and tandoori momos • Prepare chutneys and sauces • Handle momos counter independently • Maintain food quality and hygiene • Manage daily stock and inventory • Serve customers and handle orders
Requirements: • Experience in making momos • Knowledge of tandoori momos preferred • Ability to work independently • Honest, punctual and hardworking
