The successful candidate will analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automated solutions that improve productivity, reporting, quality control, and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and document existing workflows and business processes.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks suitable for automation.
- Design and implement workflow automation solutions.
- Create automated notifications, task assignments, escalations, and reminders.
- Develop systems to improve data accuracy and reduce human errors.
- Build dashboards, trackers, and automated reports.
- Improve SOPs through technology and process redesign.
- Collaborate with departments to understand workflow challenges.
- Recommend and implement AI-powered productivity solutions.
- Monitor workflow performance and continuously improve efficiency.

Ideal Candidate
- 2-5 years' experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, operations excellence, or system implementation.
- Strong understanding of automation and process design.

- Comfortable working with AI and automation tools.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
