Telemarketer – Seanz Cruise

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telemarketer to handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads, and generate bookings for Seanz Cruise.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads from Meta Ads, Instagram, and other sources.
- Explain cruise packages, pricing, and event options.
- Understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Tamil knowledge is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Previous telecalling or telesales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM.
