Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of cakes, desserts, beverages, hampers, café ambience, and kitchen processes.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, and Shorts.
- Edit videos and photos using mobile or desktop editing software.
- Write attractive captions and content in fluent English.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars.
- Upload and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other platforms.
- Create product catalogs, brochures, and PDF portfolios for customers and corporate gifting.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc.) to improve content creation and productivity.
- Track social media trends and create content that has the potential to go viral.
- Assist with influencer collaborations and customer engagement.
- Maintain a library of professional product photos and videos.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, photography, videography, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Stories, and social media trends.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and marketing.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Portfolio of previous work is preferred.
Bonus Skills
- Food photography experience.
- Experience with cafés, bakeries, restaurants, or lifestyle brands.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Graphic design skills.
