Tour Operations Executive – Europe Market
- Managed end-to-end tour operations for FIT and Group bookings (Preferrably Europe).
- Coordinated with hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers across Europe.
- Prepared detailed itineraries, vouchers, and travel documentation.
- Handled hotel, transfer, sightseeing, and rail ticket reservations.
- Liaised with overseas partners to ensure smooth tour execution.
- Monitored booking deadlines, confirmations, and payment schedules.
- Provided operational support to clients before and during travel.
- Resolved travel-related issues and ensured customer satisfaction.
- Maintained booking records, supplier communications, and cost sheets.
- Worked closely with the sales team to deliver customized travel solutions.
