Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead and manage our marketing activities in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, generating leads, increasing brand visibility, and achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Plan and manage digital and offline marketing activities.
Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
Generate and manage leads through various marketing channels.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Manage social media, online promotions, and brand communication.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and revenue.
Plan promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Lead, guide, and motivate the marketing team.
Develop new ideas to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
