Job Title: Agriculture Sales Executive / Field Sales Executive
Job Locations: Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) and Sehore (Madhya Pradesh)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives and travel allowances)
Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated Field Sales Executives to drive product sales, build strong retail and dealer distribution networks, and conduct on-ground farmer outreach across assigned rural territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to farmers, agro-dealers, retailers, and distributors.
- Promote and sell company agriculture products, fertilizers, seeds, and agro-inputs.
- Appoint new dealers and strengthen existing retail partnerships.
- Organize farmer meetings and product demonstrations to explain crop benefits and application methods.
- Generate verified sales leads and achieve allocated weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collect regular market feedback, competitor activity details, and submit daily field reports.
- Follow up on timely payment collections and coordinate order delivery.
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate or Diploma (B.Sc. Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related stream preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Agro-Chemical, Fertilizer, Seeds, Pesticides, or Rural Sales (Freshers with strong agricultural knowledge are also welcome to apply).
- Language: Fluent in Hindi and local communication skills.
- Skills: Relationship management, customer convincing ability, and target-oriented approach.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for regular field travel.
