Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct RCC structural checking and site inspections as per drawings
- Perform on-site measurements and verification
- Prepare structural audit and valuation reports
- Develop RCC and structural steel drawings using AutoCAD
- Prepare estimates, BOQ, and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
- Perform structural design and analysis for RCC and steel structures
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors
Software Skills:
AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, RCDC, MS Excel & Word
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of IS Codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, etc.)
- Good understanding of RCC construction and steel structures
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and documentation
- Handle client follow-ups and coordination for ongoing projects
