Practice Solution Architect – Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplace Experience Level: 15+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Practice Solution Architect to lead the solution offering, partnership, execution excellence, and presales efforts for Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions. This senior role will play a key part in shaping our Modern Workplace offerings, collaborating with other practice leaders, pre-sales teams, sales teams, delivery leaders, and technology partners. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365), modern workplace transformation, and enterprise architecture, with a strong emphasis on practice offering, consulting engagement and strategic differentiator. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the solution offering, partnership, architecture, design, and roadmap definition of Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Co-pilot, Intune, Windows 11, Cloud Desktop, VDI, Viva, and Copilot integrations. • Build partnership with market leading technology vendors in this space and establish solution differentiator and execution excellence. • Collaborate with internal practices, product engineering, and partner alliances to stay aligned on product capabilities and roadmap. • Serve as a thought leader in the M365 and Modern Workplace space, contributing to whitepapers, blogs, and industry events. • Bring in AI, Automation and Intelligent workplace for future of work. • Engage with enterprise clients in consulting cycles, understand business needs, and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Work closely with pre-sales, Account Executives, and Customer Success teams to develop proposals, RFP responses, and executive presentations. • Create and deliver compelling demos, POCs, and customer workshops. • Guide implementation teams through the architecture and design phases, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance. • Define standards and reusable patterns for deployment, automation, and security across the Modern Workplace stack. Qualifications: • 15+ years of total IT or Digital Workplace experience, with at least 10 years focused on Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies. • Proven experience in building practice offering, consulting high impact projects, establishing partner ecosystem, defining differentiator, presales engagements, solutioning, and customer-facing roles. • Expertise in Microsoft 365 core services (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD, Security & Compliance). • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Automations. • Strong understanding of Copilot, Viva, and integration with AI/Automation frameworks. • Excellent communication and presentation skills for CXO-level engagements. • Experience working with global delivery models and enterprise customers. • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar are a plus. Preferred Skills: • Exposure to industry verticals such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing. • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Defender suite, and Endpoint Management. • Agile methodologies and DevOps exposure for infrastructure-as-code and automation.
