We are seeking a versatile and proactive Digital Marketing & AI Content Specialist to join our team in a full-time, office-based role. This position is a unique hybrid of strategic digital marketing and high-tech content production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the organic growth of our Udemy courses through expert SEO practices while simultaneously using cutting-edge AI tools to build and refine the course content itself.

Key Responsibilities
1. Udemy Course Growth & SEO:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase organic visibility and enrollment for our Udemy courses.
- Conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize course titles, subtitles, and descriptions for high search intent.
- Monitor and analyze course performance metrics, adjusting marketing tactics to improve conversion rates and reach.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Udemy’s algorithm to ensure consistent ranking improvements.
2. AI-Powered Course Creation:
- Utilize advanced AI platforms to build, enhance, and scale educational content.
- Gemini: Leverage for curriculum planning, scriptwriting, and generating educational assets.
- Gamma: Design professional-grade slide decks and visual presentations for course modules.
- HeyGen: Produce high-quality, engaging video content and AI-generated avatars for training materials.
- Manage the end-to-end production workflow, ensuring that content created by AI is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our quality standards.
3. Integrated Workflow Management:
- Simultaneously balance marketing tasks (SEO/growth) with content production tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control, ensuring that all published materials are both optimized for search engines and pedagogically effective.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- Education: A degree in any discipline is acceptable; we value skills and practical experience above formal credentials.
- Experience: Previous experience in digital marketing, SEO, or e-learning content creation is a significant advantage.
- Tech Stack: Must have demonstrated proficiency or a strong willingness to master AI-driven tools, specifically Gemini, Gamma, and HeyGen.
Required Skills:
