Core roles and responsibilities of an HR Executive include:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Onboarding: Conduct new-hire orientations, process joining paperwork, and integrate new employees into the company culture.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Grievance Handling: Act as the primary point of contact to listen to employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Engagement Activities: Plan and organize team-building events, surveys, and wellness initiatives to boost employee morale and retention.
3. Payroll, Benefits & Attendance
- Payroll Processing: Gather payroll inputs (such as attendance, leaves, and overtime) to process salaries accurately and on time.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee compensation, health benefits, insurance plans, and perks.
4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Labor Laws: Ensure the organization complies with regional labor regulations and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, and Shops & Establishments).
- Policy Enforcement: Develop, update, and communicate company policies to ensure consistent adherence by all staff members.
5. Performance Management & Training
- Appraisals: Coordinate the performance review cycle, track employee goals, and maintain performance documentation.
- Training: Identify skill gaps and assist in coordinating learning and development (L&D) or upskilling programs.
6. Administration & HR Documentation
- Data Management: Maintain accurate, highly confidential employee records, manage HR Information Systems (HRIS), and generate workforce reports.
- Exit Management: Facilitate resignation processes, conduct exit interviews, and manage final settlements
Pay: ₹10,859.88 - ₹43,167.16 per month
