Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support day-to-day operations across various teams. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing online class operations, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced edtech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily operations for online classes, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and live session support.
- Help maintain student enrollment data, class rosters, and CRM updates.
- Support the tracking of operational KPIs and preparation of basic reports.
- Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Content, and Tech to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing operational best practices.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Operations team.
Requirements
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Business, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and communication tools (Zoom, WhatsApp, Slack).
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks responsibly.

- 6 days a week
