Role: Business Development Associate
Experience: 0–1 Year
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students and professionals through calls and follow-ups
- Explain training programs, career opportunities, and course benefits
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Understand candidate requirements and provide proper guidance
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team growth
- Coordinate with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in Sales, Counseling, and Business Development
- Basic understanding of customer handling and lead conversion
- Knowledge of South Indian languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) is an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
Freshers – ₹18,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentivesc
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
