Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and basic accounts-related activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in documentation, billing, vendor coordination, petty cash handling, and maintaining office records while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Daily Stock Reports (DSR) accurately.
- Handle petty cash, maintain cash records, and process day-to-day payments.
- Verify and maintain documentation related to delivery challans, debit notes, credit notes, invoices, and GST.
- Generate bills and maintain accounting entries using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoices, deliveries, and payment documentation.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems for administrative and financial records.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed, updated, and readily accessible for audits.
- Assist in office administration, procurement, and inventory management.
- Support routine administrative activities, including office supplies management and coordination with service providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoices, delivery challans, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Experience in handling GRN, DSR, petty cash, and billing processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Accounts Support, or Office Operations.
- Experience in the retail, fashion, manufacturing, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
