About the Role:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Architect to join our growing design team. In this role, you will take projects from initial concept through construction completion—developing comprehensive architectural plans, creating detailed construction drawings, and collaborating directly with clients, vendors, and contractors to bring designs to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed construction documentation.
- Produce high-quality 2D drafting and 3D renderings for client presentations.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand project goals, budget, and design vision.
- Liaise with engineering consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure design integrity and seamless execution.
- Conduct site visits to review construction progress and resolve field issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of professional architectural design and documentation experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Enscape/V-Ray is a plus).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, construction details, and material specifications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent visual/verbal communication, strong time management, and a collaborative mindset.
