About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to join our HR team. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, recruitment coordination, HR processes, and basic administration activities across the organization.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in core HR operations within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle management including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exits
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team for interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and HRMS data accurately
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee queries
- Support employee engagement initiatives, HR events, wellness activities, and culture-building programs
- Ensure HR policies and processes are communicated and implemented effectively
- Partner with managers and employees for routine HR support and issue resolution
- Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and MIS data
- Support compliance-related documentation and audit requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for office administration requirements
- Support travel bookings, meeting coordination, office events, and employee logistics when required
- Assist in maintaining office supplies, seating arrangements, and workplace coordination activities
- Contribute to process improvements and HR automation initiatives wherever applicable
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred
- 4–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
- Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
