Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Role Overview:
Connect with prospective students, guide them on academic programs, and support them through the enrollment process while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
* Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs
* Pitch courses and convert inquiries into enrollments
* Handle objections related to fees, eligibility, and courses
* Follow up with leads until closure
* Assist with admission, documentation, and payment process
* Update lead details and track progress in CRM (LeadSquared)
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements:
* Any graduate
* Good communication and persuasion skills
* Sales-oriented mindset
* Experience in telesales/education counselling is a plus (freshers can apply)
* Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
