Job Title: Logistics Executive/ Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Executive with 3–6 years of experience to manage transportation, dispatch, inventory coordination, and overall supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage transportation, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
- Creating new transporters and vendors bas.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Track shipments and resolve any logistics-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate freight rates and manage logistics costs efficiently.
- Maintain proper documentation and update logistics records in ERP systems.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for smooth material movement.
- Maintaining MIS reports for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Good knowledge of transportation management and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with ERP software (Tally or similar).
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
