Job Summary
The F&B Service Captain is responsible for supervising restaurant service operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and coordinating with kitchen and service staff for a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant service staff during operations
- Ensure guests are greeted and served professionally
- Take and monitor guest orders accurately
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food service
- Handle guest complaints and service issues politely
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and table setup standards
- Train and guide service staff on SOPs and guest handling
- Monitor billing and guest satisfaction during service
- Ensure proper grooming and discipline of staff
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures
Required Skills
- Good communication and guest handling skills
- Team supervision and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards
- Basic billing/POS knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and manage operations smoothly
- Languages known: Telugu( Compulsory), Hindi
Qualification
- Diploma /Degree in Hotel Management preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service preferred
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts

- Salary - 15,000 to 18,000 per month
