Purchase Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors/suppliers
- Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and conditions
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies
- Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid stock shortages
- Maintain proper records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store/warehouse team
- Track orders and ensure on-time delivery
- Handle vendor payments in coordination with the accounts department
Experience: Min. 1yr-2yr experience in Purchase or Relevant field
Salary: 15k-18k CTC
Location: REHABARI
