Kannadiyar Herbals is looking for a dedicated and passionate Soap, Shampoo & Herbal Beauty Products Maker to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing herbal personal care products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and practical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manufacture soaps, shampoos, hair oils, face packs, scrubs, and other personal care products.
- Follow standard formulations and production procedures accurately.
- Measure, mix, and process raw materials according to recipes.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and safety standards are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
- Monitor production batches and maintain production records.
- Check raw materials and finished products for quality.
- Assist in developing and improving new herbal formulations.
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing soaps, shampoos, cosmetics, or beauty products.
- Knowledge of ingredients and cosmetic formulations is preferred.
- Understanding of production processes, quality control, and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Diploma, Degree, or relevant certification in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Ayurveda, Siddha, Pharmacy, or related fields is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong practical training and genuine interest are also encouraged to apply.
